Extremely Disappointed with Yoco’s Service and Communication

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Yoco. My account was suddenly terminated without any proper explanation. When I reached out to their support team, I sent a detailed and honest email explaining that I had only done a small test payment to make sure everything was working correctly, and that I was connected to a VPN because I wasn’t on a secure network at the time.

Instead of taking the time to understand the situation or even provide a clear reason for the termination, I was simply told to “find another provider.” That kind of response shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.

As a business owner, I expected transparency and communication not to be shut out without cause or proper investigation. If you value reliability and fair treatment, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
