Excellent customer service

I had the most wonderful, friendly and efficient customer service from Wendy C today. Having hit a snag setting up my profile on the app, I called and explained my issue. While we were speaking Wendy was able to unlock the section of my profile I needed to change and after the call she has already emailed me so I had her contact details and instructions. She advised she would escalate the updating of my profile. That was at 12.37. By 3pm it was done and Wendy sent me an email to let me know! Really grateful to Wendy and so impressed! It was such a relief to speak to a real person and also not to go through a call centre to be passed on from one person to another.
