Everytime I call I get great service

Everytime I call I get great service. Just spoke with Tashneem and she was super helpful, walked me through the process, then followed with an email stating the next steps. I find it a lot more helpful chatting to Yoco over the phone than sending an email to the support inbox, but then again I much prefer speaking to someone than just dealing electronically.
