Don't go with Yoco

Yoco will make you believe that they care for your small business, but they really don't. Just like any big conglomerate you will get *********** call centre staff (like Vuyiseka and Thandile) or a short AI answer when you are looking for help. After making them thousands of Rands, I have asked for a responsible manager to give me the courtesy of a simple call, but they still refuse. Please consider iKhoka for better service (and better rates).
