Dissatisfied with the yoco support team,

After years of using yoco, my yoco khumo machine became faulty and started smoking (burning smell) . I than contacted yoco to understand what is the cause of this issue, i delt with Thandile, response she gave me was I should buy another machine. (How when I have purchased this machine already and that yoco is my service provider of choice) I no longer vote for yoco and would never recommend any of my business associates to use yoco as their support team is pathetic. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied with yoco! THANDILE YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER TO ASSIST ME!
