Disgusting service

I am truly out of words with the level of service I have received after I highly rated them even recommended some of my customers to them the issue stated the I settled the funding they provided and as soon as that was done a new offer was granted and I happily accepted and that's where my problems started it seems like they have zero clue as to what they are doing as everything is blamed on the system the offer just disappeared with no explanation and after several calls of following up as they never call you back I received an email that the offer was declined by their funding partner because I had already had funding with them, this was very puzzling to me as I never had such through them from there onwards I was sent from pillar to post no one knew exactly what was happening this is utterly disgusting from a service provider that I had no issues with this happened 2 weeks ago and to date Im still struggling to resolve the issue as no one wants to take accountability and resolve
