Disgusted

We as an animal rescue charity purchased a yoco khumo machine. We have used the machine maybe 15 times in the 2 years because we all work full time jobs so the machine is used maybe once a month when we are able to raise funds. On the 2 Feb the machine started giving issues while we were doing a fund raiser. 3 times since then I have spoken with people to resolve the issue. Today when I told them it's not acceptable to be waiting a month I am told they won't replace the machine as we don't bring in enough income to warrant a replacement. Well that is pretty self explanatory as we are an animal charity.....I'm disgusted that they don't have enough belief in there own devices to replace a machine after only 15 uses and tell a charity just but a new one!
