Delay in Verifying Profile
It is extremely frustrating that I have followed all the requirements to verify my profile and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my identity to be verified so I can make use of my payment gateway. The whatsapp line goes unanswered and the support line is just a bot with generic responses. I cannot start using my gateway until this process is complete as I am aware I will not be able to access my funds. How on earth can I escalate something when I can't chat to an actual human being? Very frustrating for a business owner.
