Customer service - what a difference!

I felt the need to ask questions at Yoko before buying a machine, so I sent my details to them on a Sunday afternoon expecting a response on the Monday. Sadly nothing was forthcoming, and I ended up contacting Ikhokha. Darren went the extra mile, and I'm very happy with his patience and respect, and will be the proud owner of an Ikhokha card machine very soon.
