Customer service treating me like an idiot!

Customer service is horrible, I'm having technical issues with the Woocommerce plugin. The advisor on the chat keeps telling me I have entered the wrong key after I send screenshots of the key correctly filled in. 4 hours of chatting and not getting a resolution with Yoco!!!!

Still on hold. The chat is ignore me now. The frustrating part is the advisor is making the issue my fault. I have set Yoco before and it works without issues.

Yoco wasted hours of my design time!!!
