I have given Yoco account department to refund me with product that has been paid but yet arrived since March this year.

Hi Terry, we're looking into this for you and checking with our Finance team. We've not received valid proof of payment for you so it is difficult to process your refund without this. We've sent a few references to our Finance team though and will update you as soon as they have feedback.
