Charmaine Ticked All The Boxes. Superb service

I have to say what a pleasure it was having Charmaine in Yoco Customer Support help me sort out an issue with one of our new card readers. She was patient, supportive and knowledgeable, and resolved what was quite a complex issue with aplomb, all the while being friendly and human. What a shame there aren't more people of Charmaine's calibre in customer relations generally. The world would be a happier place!
