Ceramics Southern Africa- Terrible near non existent service

Our treasurer resigned and removed herself from yoco over a year ago I as the other person the profile tried update details. Emailed phoned no response. Then they wanted our information updated but noone had permission to do so this sparked a WhatsApp conversation with probably an AI we sent all documents requested and yet our service is blocked. Leaving our event without a payment portal. Terrible service . Terrible turn around time for response. From 14 August until today now sevice and no real path forward. Avoid this financial service provider at all costs
