Caveat Emptor
Utterly, utterly useless. A business that is failing at policy level, at operational level and management level. A litany of errors, failing of systems, automated communications that cannot detect the problem even when spelt out in detail. People unwilling or unable to action a task when escalated, a lengthy discussion with someone in "management" that lead to nothing a week later and no resolution. Embarrassing.

We checked in with our onboarding team who informed us that they reached out to you to inform you that you have not uploaded your ID document and explained that we do not accept copies. Kindly upload the correct ID documents on your business portal so that we can assist accordingly.

The fact that you are just accepting their word for what's really going on and what's really been happening and coming at me with the same tired repeat over and over proves how bad your systems and service are failing.
We are WAY beyond uploading correct documents. Your company's processes are failing and you are deservedly being called out for it.
The fact that you don't know what I'm referring to after a half hour conversation with a manager a week ago is enough proof.
The fact that you are just accepting their word for what's really going on and what's really been happening and coming at me with the same tired repeat over and over proves how bad your systems and service are failing.
