Blocked my account because i didn't answer their questions in time

They blocked my Yoco from accepting transactions because I didn't answer their FICA questions within their stipulated time. I had answered their questions on signup only a year ago. Give me call before just blocking my account, and disrupting my business. Been dealing with Payfast even longer, my main payment processor through my online store. They haven't blocked me because i didn't answer their questions, and I see they have card machines like Yoco. Wish I didn't buy from the Yoco fiefdom now exiled till I answer their redundant Fica questions. Even after answering their questions, my answers are under review and now I must await approval from the higher powers that be. I have two Yoco machines for sale if anyone is interested?
