Bad services delivery

I always use to buy from them. I paid for two items with the link one deal a day sent me. A faulty link supp****. Money went off. Now it is expected of me to get ahold of there Supplier through whom they do banking "Yoco" to sort out the payment problem. After I supp**** proof of payment. Tried to contact tact Yoco but they are just as poor at service center. It's been 5 hours later and still no calls or anything. No one is even trying to sort the matter out. It is just easy for them to think I have money to throw around.
