Bad service and inconsiderate of yoco

Very bad service from Yoco. Noone seems to be available to help me . They activated my account for 3days & requested for documentation which was sent to them and still have guts to deactivate my account with notifying me.

Am stuck clients wants to transcat machine not going through!!!!!!
