Bad Payment Gateway for Websites

Absolutely horrible payment gatway! I subscribed for their service for my website and after I received a payment from a client they terminated my account and reversed the funds back to the client. NB. Already the client had received the product why don’t they transfer the funds to me???? No communication bad company nonsense
