Bad customer service

Yoco is excellent business when it comes to there speed points and getting you money get paid in to your bank account. But I'm ready despondent if it comes to customer service and especially if customers have get hold of them.. The call centre is under staff if I look at it.. Waiting more then 10 min for a call twice and if you have mist a call from them, they just don't bother to call you back. The Whatsapp or bod service is just as bad. Eventually if someone one do tolk to you on the msg service they will say hello and yes that is it you can say hi tolk to them and will not answer you.
