I'm extremely agitated with them. I've requested a change of directors via email to *** on the 8 Nov 2021. Today I phoned to follow up only to be told that none of the documents sent has been uploaded yet. No requests has been sent to me for additional info and I was just requested to upload more Info after calling them. This is unacceptable practice for such a large company. I expect hope this matter can be resolved by the end of the day.

16 Nov 2021, 15:49Thank you for your reply. The bank details will stay as is as well as the Company details. The bank details are the companies bank account. We only want the directors name, ID no, and Contact no to change. the rests stays as is. We still want to be able to access the Capital amount available after the changes. This is so that the Liability rests on the correct person as the new director Matthews Els.
