Bad Bad customer service!

One again I'm back.. I really love Yoco the sirves the business platform is great and I love the fact that my mony is in my bank account the next day. But once again the customer service is not so good, there is no contact no you can call only the chat options. And really it is frustrating when you dond get respond and have to sit if front of you phon and watch the screen for msg.. The person who you sepot to chat don't answer you back it take time. And if you not at your phone and watch the screen they will tell you the chat is over. Point is I really just want to know way I'm not qualify for a yoco capital at this moment. I been with Yoco now more then 7 year and alway got the loin from yoco and all asaden I don't qualify. Llast time I chat to Thabang.. (I have requested the call back for you- our support line will be in touch as soon as possible.) AND we'll 3 weeks later and still no call from Yoco.. Do you think it tame to take my business somewhere else Yoco?
