Bad assistance for small business

I needed a Swiping machine that will make things easier for my business. This is a nightmare I've lost so much sales as I'm hosting at rand show people don't carry cash.... I've uploaded my bank account but they say is incorrect since Thursday I can't do any transaction. I could have opted for mtn pos I'm so frustrated just sitting now🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭😭😭 I called no assistance bought airtime after airtime sent emails same reply. I asked them to open the machine for me to do transaction while they busy verify my account details then later we can transfer the funds.... I regret it🥺🥺
