Keeps linking me to another profile which we figured out was a system error. I thought all the problems were resolved until alas, thousands of rands paid into another bank account, one other than the details provided and verified with Yoco.
They have billled an account, then sent the funds back to it after taking charges. This stinks of ***** and ********* business practice - I urge you to think carefully before signing up with Yoco.
I was also initially **** to in terms of the rates and I was billed a higher amount than discussed, after fighting and listening to recordings it was rectified but only for new transactions. This company stinks of irregular behaviour...

10 Feb 2022, 09:56What makes matters worse is that Yoco is refusing to refund the charges for disbursing funds to the incorrect account. all documentation was provided but they still chose to swing the middle finger. Heading for the FSCA today to report financial misconduct by Yoco.
