Appalling Service
It's been months trying to verify my profile to transfer the funds out of the Yoco account. Its ridiculous. All required and requested documents were submitted.

14 Feb 2025, 10:20The complaints team did reach out in a short space of time and the matter was resolved timeously. There should be some oversight on multiple calls for assistance om the same issue. Feedback in general needs to be improved.
