AMATEUR AT THE CIRCUS!!!

It's been 1 month to the day and still no settlement for approved transaction completely correctly!!!!

The staff at YOYO are useless and evasive more specifically Kwanele non chalantly a provides different answers each time I call in!!!!! It's sounds like he reading them from a cue card!

DO NOT CHOOSE YOCO FOR YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Yoco relies on major banks to clear your transactions so in event of a "problem" youll be the one bent over a barrel! I've comp**** with all their requests for invoice etc and still nobody has provided me with a definitive answer. After 1 month of agony never once was I allowed to speak to a Senior with clout!!! The next step would be a professional attorney or the banking ombudsman. Yoco debits my account each week on time but the same cannot be said about credits! Geez!!! It's like drawing blood from a stone

DISGUSTED being treated like something sc****d from one's shoes!

AVOID Yoco at all costs!

Thank you for yet another text book reply.
What "mysterious" nature of transactions are you speaking of??? It is only 1 transaction and it's by no means a rocket science! Or is it ? The Client presents chip card which was inserted correctly and after pin entered sale APPROVED!!! Surely this is a daily occurrence? I refuse to call in yet again to speak to another low level paper pusher feeding me a different answer instead I'll consult with an attorney and receive real information. What a great example this situation is to any new prospective business signing up to Yoco. It is remarkably evident Yoco completely disregards its merchants needs. Even after sending an invoice for Apple iPhone stock sold they still choose to be the "legal heroes" by witholding settlement knowing full well after 120days the facts will remain UNCHANGED!
ie. A Chip and pin transaction completed correctly... THE END!
Please go ahead and suspend your weekly debit orders from my account since this piece of "technology" now amounts to nothing more than an electronic paperweight! I shall apply at a major banking institution for my future card processing needs something which should of been done in the first place!

The level of incompetence continues to reach new heights at Yoco... More proof to any future business owners, THINK 100 times before signing up!
I refer to your email dated 26th April from Siyasanga Mbiko stating my service has been terminated and debits from account will seize.
Yet today 3 May the debits continue!!!
Is it not enough that you are are withholding my funds for 120days? One has to question how a company like this can be so proficient at withholding funds due to the merchant and terminating services yet oh so selectively inefficient at stopping debit orders... Passing the buck seems the order of the day at Yoco.
I doubt this company will exist 3years from now... Or perhaps that's the whole idea to "legally" withhold funds and debit accounts of merchants? This must be a great little money spinner for the banking elites. More power to you !
