I am actually trying to purchase a machine from Yoco, being an existing ikhokha (point of sale card machine provider) customer I requested the better rates that Ikhokha is offering and they did liase up to a point & just flat ignore my mails? I'm a customer looking to join and it been 9days I've last heard of Tasneeq at Yoco. So I can't imagine if I had to be an existing customer of Yoco how bad the service would be?
