After much a struggle to get some after sales service, somebody has helped me, going beyond expectation. I am very grateful for somebody, who is a human being, not a bot, who understood the problem and went out of their way to sort out my machine. It seems more and more the bots are useless but if you can get a human on the other side, there is hope for the world 🤩
