Advertised features are not available!

Great tool for businesses and not many issues, however, I got an email stating the new Management tools and whay is new. The email even has a learn how button. Upon clicking on this, it takes one to the web page showing you how to load your product cataloque on the khumo. Obviously I got very exited to get this feature and started implementing it on my card machines. I downloaded the new software on all the card machines and noticed that there are NO NEW FEATURES as stated on all the marketing material. I tried everything but alas, nothing remotely similar as on their website. I searched the database but nothing. Tried to contact support , but got nabbed by the stupid YOCO BOT and stupid options that are not related to my question. After a lot of WASTED TIME, I tried whatsapp and were confronted by that same stupid YOCO BOT. I am sure that you get many simple questions, but, sometimes human intervention is required intead of hiding behind a STUPID BOT. Short answer after all this HYPE and time wasting : SORRY, THIS FEATURE IS NOT AVAILABLE CURRENTLY. Why oh why in the world could someone not write that these features are not available!

Wow, that is a quick response. I am mostly not available due to meetings. Thank you very much. The card machines are connected and on charge. Definitely changing the rating to five stars.

That would be great, you're welcome Leon! They will need to be connected/online as well. Our team's on standby, can I let them know your devices are online, powered up and connected?

It did the download, I presume its the first update. All the new features are not available yet.
The other khumo is 100% thank you for the help

Hi, thank you. I'm gratefull for the one card machine that is fully updated. It works an absolute charm. If you can help me with 4001, its still stubborn. It is currently connected to the network and on charge.
