5 Star Service in regards a refund.

I recently expierenced 5 STAR service from the team at Yoco ,Bree Street Cape Town and in particular from a gentleman by the name of Mikhail Lang.

I was mistakenly charged a commission for an item that was not supposed to be charged for. Actually, I was supposed to be charged but I had phoned in months earlier and had been given the wrong telephonic info.

Mikhail took it upon himself to go through weeks of telephone recordings to prove that I was indeed correct and the staff member who'd advised me had made an error.

Long story short, I was promised a refund and am happy to say that with 24 hours have recieved the refund.

This type of service is unheard of in most industries today.

Many companies suffer from terrible customer service, but I can honestly say that Yoco is indeed not one of them.
