1 Gem really does make the difference
After an absolute useless chat support. Long wating times and just quite a tedious experience trying to get help from yoco. I was put into contact with such a gem - Byron Ruiters, who took the time to walk me through my multiple queries step by step and even called me back once I had gathered all serial numbers.
Byron was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I suggest staff listen to his call and understand the patience, compassion and genuine care that he provides. It's severely lacking in the rest of the yoco customer service process.
Yoco, Thank Byron for a very different review than I initially had in mind. Thank you once again Byron Ruiters I hope you are appreciated.
