Unhappy

I have app**** for a card made payment and 3weeks later still waiting. I've sent numerous messages on their whatsapp line sending proof of payment and do not get any assistance....they sent me an sms to complete my delivery address details still waiting, I have tried calling but they keep on putting the phone down. No one talks... I've sent numerous emails as well still no assistance ... R150 down the drain
