**** of a digital bank

I've opened a digital account with this digital bank, in early December and around the 22nd of December I put in 120zar as per guidelines of buying an OTT voucher from retailers suggested by yoswift up till this day I still have to use or transfer that money anywhere. I tried applying for their card to no avail I tried buying airtime with it nothing happens last attempt I tried sending that money to my bank of choise till today nothing happens, subsequently I wrote with their dispute box offered on their site twice or 3 times up till this day nothing happens it's now 3 months am still waiting for a response or anything.

I'm now even thinking this a **** digital ba k
