<p>Last week I noticed a debit on my bank account and i called the bank to enquire. I was advised that the debit was requested by Insure Group Managers in Randburg. Upon contacting Insure Group Managers they advised that they are only collecting "premiums and fees for other services" and that their client is YM Solutions in Durban.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I contacted YMS they could not advise what service they are rendering to me for the debit order and who authorised the debit but they will investigate and revert back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now waiting for YMS to contact me with the details as well as the cancellation order of the debit details.</p>
