This is a BIG THANK YOU to Kelly Rhoda!! Thank you for understanding my complaint regarding the "Interest Rate Reduction" and "Debt Review" issue. Long story short, it was a very frustrating time between my bank and YMA for this “Debt Review” to be cancelled. Your impeccable help/assistance exceeded my expectations regarding this matter.
