The Journey

At the start of my journey with YMA Consulting 5 years ago, the original consultant who started me on this journey did not fully disclose that the method used was not a simple debt restructuring through debt consolidation, but rather a process in which all accounts remained in place, where payment schedules were restructured through debt review with a single monthly deduction managed by YMA. Once I realised it was too late, I had to see it through. Yusrah later managed my account and brought it to a close; she ensured that the funds were distributed to the appropriate parties and that I received a monthly statement. When I became frustrated and grumpy because the telephone lines remained engaged or returned "mailbox full" messages, she managed to stay calm and return my emails out of frustration, with a call. At the end of the journey, I must say, although the method was not what I was made to believe, the lady who administered this account needs to be commended for a job well done.
