Restless to happy client

I tried getting hold of their offices but was notified of a high call queue. To be honest, this was very frustrating at first. But I got a call back a few minutes later - to which the consultant apologized and explained that they had a high call queue due to the time of the month. I queried my paid up accounts and they advised that the clearance will be issued and my credit status updated. Thank you guys for being hands on with the excellent assistance.
