REQUEST FOR DEBT REVIEW REMOVAL DOCUMENTS
I messaged and email YMA since October 2025 to cancel my services as I am in the position to pay my debt and be removed from Debt review. Until today they ignore my messages an emails - My attorney emailed them on the 18th Dec 2025 still with no response to date. They sending me smses that I should re-instate my account. Or they will take legal action if they don't receive payments. They make all the promises when you sign up and now that I'm financially in a position to cope they don't want to release documents.

You have been good to me for the past 3 years by managing my debit orders and because of your services I managed to pay my debt off. But the experience I received for needing to cancel is just appalling.
