I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from YMCA Consulting

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from YMCA Consulting. I have been trying to contact them since last year regarding the removal of my name from a debt review, but I have received no assistance or meaningful response. Despite submitting all the required documents multiple times, there has been no progress or feedback on my request. My attempts to communicate through various channels have been unsuccessful, and it feels as though my concerns are being ignored. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, especially since I have comp**** with all the requirements on my side. I expected professionalism, communication, and timely assistance, but unfortunately, none of these have been provided. I strongly urge YMCA Consulting to improve their customer service and responsiveness, as clients deserve proper support and clear communication when dealing with important financial matters.
