Happy with service and resolution of my case

I’ve come across so many negative reviews regarding YMA but my experience with the company recently has been soo pleasant , I specifically dealt with a lovely lady named Taahira and the level of service she gave me is unmatched . Taahira would call if she needed to, email if she needed further documents , update me on the development of my process , I never felt like I was out of the loop in terms of anything , my case was resolved in less than 3 months . YMA thank you for resolving my case so seamlessly and timeously , forever grateful and a great thank you to Taahira, if you all your staff is anything like her then you have a great personnel
