From disgruntled to HAPPY customer
Initially I wasn't happy with the service however, an awesome agent (Ms Tashreefah) made sure my complaint was handled effectively, I truly hope that your excellent clients service doesn't go unnoticed! Thank you, hope your enthusiasm rubs off on your colleagues.
