Excellent & Professional Customer Service
Good Morning
I would just like to say a big thank you to Anastasia at the cancellations department.She handled my case very professionally & offered the best customer service from my very first encounter with her.She kept me calm & assured me that everything will be resolved when I was very frustrated.She is very good at what she does & had alot of patience with me.Thank you Anastasia,you are awesome & I really do appreciate everything that you have done for me.
