Disgruntled to happy client
I was initially struggling to get through to YMA's office lines today. At first, I was tempted to come to Hello Peter to seek the assistance from a manager, but logged a call back request and received a call back approximately 10 minutes later. I was also informed that our statements arrive 5 days after our debit date. Thank you for clarifying this guys and for providing swift assistance.
