No service after 7 months and deposits paid as requested

The YK&Robert Electrical Contractors have not lived up to their promise. We have paid for an installation in March 2023 and upgraded the payment even for changed prices in material on 5th August. Since today we haven't got the service and on our today's final appointment there is no response, not even a call to us. We are more than disappointed. We are upset and not happy at all. A deposit of 23 k and nothing happened - instead continuous postponements and delays. No, not even one star! We need our service agreement to be honoured or our money back.
