Laminated flooring bad workmanship

yj flooring installed laminated floors in my house in November 2014. The floors as started to lift up and was never in place as the spec. When trying to get hold of them they keep on dropping the calls. When i got hold of them Yolandie remembered me and since ten i have not gotten hold of them. Today 22/09/2015 they keep on dropping my calls. <br> <br> They have taken pictures of the floors they installed and posted it on Facebook. Trying to use the bad workmanship to cash in more.
