No couch delivery or refund

I bought a couch online and paid R7180.. in short ..the couch never arrived...just promises...even after requesting a refund.. no money has been received...******** that's what they are...I'm going to go as far as I can to ensure no one goes through this ever again..... believe the reviews!!!!
