I had purchased couches via lay by from Yezi Furnitures in the beginning of July for 6 months. At the end of the month, I was ready to pick up. However my sales consultant was on leave. I was directed to the customer service manager Solly. He promptly resolved my query and within two days I picked up my couches. I would definitely recommend these guys and more importantly Solly. He was professional, courteous and polite and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Customer facing roles need people like him.
