Waste of time

Emigrating from SA and decided to use their services to assist with home affairs documentation. Made them aware of a deadline for the documents in order for me to board the flight and get on with things.

Based on their estimates of processing time there was over 3 weeks buffer period in case of issues.

Told me submission was on 3 March when receipt from home affairs was for 16 March. Almost 2weeks later than they said.

They really did not assist as promised and took my urgency requested as a suggestion. You can imagine the financial and logistical impact this has had on me emigrating, money lost on flights, accomodation as well as inconvenience to figure out a new plan.

Stay far away and rather use Passports4u.
