YESPLAY PLEASE REINSTATE NY ACCOUNT AND PAY MY WINNINGS. I PROVIDED ALL THE DOCUMENTS YOY ASKED FOR

On Saturday I won on yesplay unfortunately I lost my phone with the sim card that I registered with on yesplay inside the phone on Sunday. On Monday I managed to change the number providing them all the documents they asked for and the account was fine. On Tuesday I made a withdrawal and it got rejected. The reason they provided was that they need a clear selfie holding an ID, certified copy of the ID and a bank statement. I provided those documents exactly as they asked. Shortly after doing that I got an email that my account was deactivated and now they want to refund me my initial deposit. I can't withdraw my winings from my account when I clearly provided all the documents they needed. And on their terms and conditions it says they will only close an account if I cannot provide those documents after 21 days and I gave them all the documents today on Wednesday the same day they asked for them. Can I please get help for my account to be reinstated and I can withdraw my winings
