YesPay Withdrawal

On August 29 I deposited R800 through 1 voucher and won a multibet. I then withdrew R1800 on the same day and the withdrawal is still pending but it's not explained what's actually pending in order for the transaction to be processed. I am confused because I submitted every document they requested from my side
