Wrong phone number

I'm not getting any help. I added my old phone number and now I can't verify to withdraw money that means I'm playing for nothing. i sent several emails to call out for help but they keep telling me that they can't open my documents. So if you can't help me change my phone number then tell me ways to deactivate the account.
